Current Focus:
Today, I am focussed on preparing AMG for the future.
As a new member of the team, this entails getting to know the key sales development issues and working with sales managers to continually improve our effectiveness.
In addition, I am working with the executive team to develop a common direction, focus and priorities to all the areas of the business.
This involves strengthening job related skills, business planning, new product development and business process efficiency in order to ensure top quality, value added products and service to our clients and users.

History with AMG:
I joined AMG in September 2001 as General Manager. In January 2005 I became President.

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining AMG, I worked for Sara Lee Corporation from 1989 onwards in both Canada and Internationally in a variety of General Management, Strategic Marketing and Business Development roles.
Prior to that I was at Colgate Palmolive for 5 years in a variety of marketing management positions.
I have a Masters Degree from York University and an undergraduate Business Degree from McGill University.
